RE:RE:RE:RE:TropicalsunIt definitely is, and I can see how gatekeeper is attractive to an acquirer, but waiting for a buyout is a hard way to make money.
This quarter raises a lot more questions than answers. My original opinion is the revenue bump was a result of successful spend. As it turns out it looks more like they took terrible margins on a once off project.
Revenues are lumpy while expenses are up and to the right. How much money do they lose if revenues fall a little from these record levels? I'm guessing a lot because all I see is more expense bearing little earnings fruit.
Sorry to be so negative, but I think the reaction is quite justified. If the bottom line was going to be awful it should have been explained rather than just trumpeting the top line number which let's face it was the only good thing about this report.
