RE:Looking good !!I have to admit I am baffled by the special distribtion caused by the statement in the announcement below, it looks to me that they will pay the distribution in shares, award them then revert holdings back to before they issued the SD, rendering the SD mute.

Would appreciate feedback from anyone 

Immediately after the payment of the CAPREIT Special Distribution, the issued and outstanding Units of CAPREIT will be consolidated such that the aggregate number of issued and outstanding Units will be the same as immediately before the CAPREIT Special Distribution.
