The Philadelphia Property is a high-grade gold and silver vein target located in Mohave County, northwestern Arizona and is comprised of 30 claims. The Silverton Gold Project is a Carlin-type gold exploration property located in Nye County, Nevada. The property is near the old Silverton Mine property located about 100 kilometers northeast of Tonopah, Nevada, and consists of 77 unpatented lode mining claims totaling approximately 1860 acres. The Sycamore Canyon property is located in southern Graham County, Arizona, approximately 20 miles northeast of the town of Willcox. The core of the property consists of 10 unpatented lode mining claims on United States (US) Forest Service administered public lands.

Naturally 99942Apophis, grade and volume of gold and silver are number one. Looking however at the other factors I mentioned, they are very important. With most of the ore being bulk tonnage grade, close to infrastructure becomes far more important.  The cost of excavation, delivery to a mill and extraction of gold becomes far cheaper and therefore much more attractive to a major miner. With a mill 6 miles away, clean, easy to extract gold/silver and Bullhead city 12 miles away, they are one of the closest explorers to all services required and in a mining frendly location. If the Philadelphia property was somewhere in the hinterland of Northern BC rocky mountians, far away from a mill, infrastructure and transport, the cost of development would be huge and a buyout if it ever occurred, would be for small numbers even if that is a mining friendly territory too.
