Naturally 99942Apophis, grade and volume of gold and silver are number one. Looking however at the other factors I mentioned, they are very important. With most of the ore being bulk tonnage grade, close to infrastructure becomes far more important. The cost of excavation, delivery to a mill and extraction of gold becomes far cheaper and therefore much more attractive to a major miner. With a mill 6 miles away, clean, easy to extract gold/silver and Bullhead city 12 miles away, they are one of the closest explorers to all services required and in a mining frendly location. If the Philadelphia property was somewhere in the hinterland of Northern BC rocky mountians, far away from a mill, infrastructure and transport, the cost of development would be huge and a buyout if it ever occurred, would be for small numbers even if that is a mining friendly territory too.
