The Company controls about 32 mining claims and three mining leases in the Matachewan Gold Area. The Pense Property is located in Pense Township, Ontario. The claims are located near the Quebec provincial border, approximately 25 kilometers east of Englehart, Ontario, in the Larder Lake Mining Division.

The overall planned annual production capacity is 3GWh, which is divided into two phases: the first phase has an annual production of 420MW of battery stacks and a system integration of 1.2GWh; the second phase has an annual production of 600MW of battery stacks and a system integration of 1.8GWh. "
