Amrita Sen has it nailed as usual.
I have never seen the TD commodities guy before - must be hidden in the TD backrooms not allowed to say anything.
Both are certainly saying "oil is not going away and will be with us a long time even with minimal reinvestment in oil infrastructure".
People will eventually wake up.
For me, it is just money in the bank.
