New owners

New owners Just to say that the Tong family now own 86.7% of Avarga limited. . They shy of the minimum threshold  of 90% to have effective delisting of Avarga on the Singapore stock exchange.

The logical next step will be to merge Avarga limited and Taiga on shares exchange basis. I don't know what should be the term.

Can the Tong Family make a offer to privatize Taiga? Yes , the money is in the coffer of Taiga already

But at what price? I expect a stinky bid like the one they did with Avarga....

I still own lots of shares of both company....
