I'm for Justice, accountability, responsability and proper corporate governance. Unfortunately, some believe themselves above the Law.

From listening to the judgement, it's seems clear that the TMF was an appropriate venue for these debates, and that need to occurred before discussion about the allegations can take place.
Now that become another hurdle the AMF newd to deal with before the central issues can even start to be debated.
