Now Kinross could have thrown a lowball number out in a takeover bid, but even before E.S. bought in the shareholders would have laughed them out of the room, and put Kinross at the back of the line! I doubt Kinross will be the purchaser in the end anyway! If it sells it will be to a much bigger guy
