Speculation

SpeculationQNC announced partnerships with CRS5 in April and Terranova in August but no revenues to date. QNC sets up business in Irvine California in December (not disclosed by NR yet).  Why?  Did these partners want a server located in the US before proceeding?  Terranova's  announcement on January 1 will be of great interest.
