PANIC54321I deem his response invalid. It was the computer program/bots. I watched the trading action on so many reits for 3.5 months.  It was literally not allowed for a reit to have a green day.  They followed the same trend of going up the first 20 minutes then diving after.   Even when HR got a major upgrade and rallied 4% one day to $10, it just collapsed the next day again.  So buying pressure one day then no one wants it the second and third?
