On the sale of their stake, right on but they have to find a buyer for this.  Pretty sure this has been on the seliing block for some time.   Let them surprise the market and have them swapp Chernett's Dundee stake with some TauRx shares in the new year.   And if they offer the same deal to other shareholders, we have at least one fellow shareholder ready to swap his stake :)

On the link provided : thanks, i took the info from it.   I wonder what does the regulatory timings means, not being well versed in the UK process.
