"Thanks for your email and for your support as a shareholder! You will have seen this morning we stated that first gold will be in January; a slight delay but still broadly in line with expectations. We encountered some delays with the process control network in the plant, and had some challenges with vendor and contractor availability over the holiday.

Regarding the Sedgman claim, you will recall that in August we disclosed there was a dispute with the EPC contractor that could lead to litigation, and in October we disclosed that we had taken over commissioning of the plant. We will respond to their claim in due course.
