The Company owns pipelines that transport hydrocarbon liquids and natural gas products produced primarily in Western Canada. Steelhead LNG filed a lawsuit against ARC, Pembina, and CEDAR LNG relating to alleged use of Steelhead proprietary information to design the CEDAR project. Steelhead wants ARC to withdraw from the CEDAR project, have parties banned from future use of this proprietary information and pay damages.
 

Steelhead also has filed a lawsuit in Korea against Samsung Heavy Industries and CEDAR relating to patent infringement.
