I completely agree with you about the divestitures. 

Westbrick was a land tract just begging to be bought and broken and sold off.

In fact, I belive it was Westbrick that were doing the begging. ;-)

So Crazy, look at the CASH FLOW they well be generating, you must be glad that i pointed out this stock to you..... Just Kidding. 


The FCF generation, is highly understated.

The FFO number will be great for Q4, but it might be a Capex heavy quarter because they bought out the lease on the Mica battery 110 million. 

Once they do some kind of divesture and get debt down in the 1.6 billion range this stock will soar, they should of announced and increased bankline with the acquistion, it strange that they didn't.

I think some divesture stuff is happending in the background.
