Graphano Energy Ltd. is an exploration and development company that is focused on evaluating, acquiring and developing energy metals resources from exploration to production. The Company's properties include Lac Aux Bouleaux graphite property (LAB Graphite Property), Dudley and Lac Vert-Bouthillier, and Standard Graphite Project. The LAB Graphite Property is comprised of around 14 mineral claims in one contiguous block totaling 738.12 hectares (ha) near the town of Mont-Laurier in southern Quebec. The LAB Graphite Property is underlain by Precambrian age rocks of the Grenville Series comprised of quartzo feldspathic, garnetiferous paragneiss and limestone/marble beds. The Standard Graphite Project Option Agreement covers six claims totaling over 355 ha located 32 kilometers northeast of the Company’s Lac Aux Bouleaux graphite project. It has staked two sets of graphite claims, comprising the Dudley and Lac Vert-Bouthillier graphite showings, for a total of 11 claims, covering 600 ha.

Eric Sprott has invested $2 Million in Manganese X Energy Corp, doing so by by way of a non-brokered private placement price at $0.035 per share MN.V share, with half share purchase warrants attached to each purchased subscription receipt .
After having spun off those assets into Graphano Energy Ltd, it does appear as though the share price of Manganese X Energy Corp certainly did fall on hard times.
Hmm? Does Manganese X Energy Corp still hold any amount of Graphano Energy Ltd shares following that spin off of the very assets now controlled by Graphano Energy Ltd and is Eric Sprott possibly angling for a much closer involvement in the business affairs of Graphano Energy Ltd?
