They were published right against the Christmas break, and the GSI office was immediately closed down for all intents until this week. No chance really for a rebuttal, or for the possibility of an NCIB, until now, that is.
Also, some time may have needed to assess whether or not the share price might bounce back on its own merits, when more people have weighed in with their opinions, such as the Seeking Alpha analysis. Perhaps Dyment prefers to assess the situation a little longer before resorting to an NCIB. If it were me, I’d let the market have it with both barrels. So bring on the NCIB Doug. Ha
