However in this case the best plan is to do nothing for the time being. Selling the properties would get SRI nothing in return, if he could get a venture partner to do the work , that would be alright but otherwise ,just dont spend any money on them. At this time VRB is on a massive growth spurt. Nobody knows what VRB is worth at this time. As long as SRI does no more dilution it will gain in value as VRB grows. Lee should take a long nap and wake up in about 8 months. The biggest fear among potential shareholders is that Lee will do another 5 cent financing or that SRI`s percentage of VRB will get diluted over time.
