Hey Gary, remember when everyone though reits would go to the moon after the BOC cut in June? Whatever happened to that thesis? I also made a bold claim that the stock market is almost always lower after they cut interest rates and the yield curve normalizes 12 months out. Time will tell if I'm right but I wouldn't doubt it. If January turns out to be a dud then I'll double down on that call. 

Oh and btw, VNQ is lower than on Sept 18 when the US cut and Xre is marginally lower than on June 5th when the BOC first cut. What a surprise!
