There's a potentially disastrous scenario coming to viewThe other directors who bought the units at 80 in the recent financing can't be impressed with his latest filing.

These are the ones who he likely encouraged to buy the issue and who Aren't under investigation. 

But he is, and he's selling like it's a sport, while they hold the bag and are down 25% in a few months. 

They must be wondering WTF?

They're definitely not lol-ing.

At least one will leave, and sell their shares.

At Least One.

You've obviously heard of a bidding war.

This could well develop into a scenario where insiders or "former insiders" are competing to sell.

You think it's a ridiculous thought?

Absolutely not.

It's rare that this happens, but I've seen it happen and all the ingredients are in the mix here
