51st state?Interesting, probably more an excercise in eastern and western block definition. Maybe BRICS isn't going away. Canada could go BRICS as defence but I don't see it. They would need to do their own currency which the previous Turdope made more difficult. PET was too busy ruining the country and couldn't keep Castro off his wife's back.
