If I read correctly, the Johns will share 5 million off the top and little John is asking for a CEO position at 225000 per year salary. 

their concept and their idea from the beginning but  with  the help of many sharrhokders hard earned cash!

Thats investing for you! But never again with the John's associattion with another company!
