Yes, there were a few small trades at 54, but not enough for anyone with a decent position to get out.

So it looks like anyone who has run the numbers will be asking for maximum cash, and everyone will get stuck with the maximum number of Lotus shares. That could really pressure its share price when it opens, as those who don't want to continue with this management team dump them. For anyone who wants to stick with Lotus, that may present a buying op.
