Inovalis Real Estate Investment Trust is a Canada-based open-ended real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company is formed for the purpose of acquiring and owning office properties primarily situated in France, Germany, and Spain. The REIT properties are strategically situated in urban areas, generally in close proximity to public transportation. Its France properties include Gaia, Arcueil, Delizy, Metropolitan, Sabliere, and Baldi. Its Germany properties include Trio, Kosching, Neu Isenburg, Stuttgart, Bad Homburg, and Duisburg. Its Spain property is Delgado. The INOVALIS S.A. acts as the manager of the REIT.

RE:RE:Bankruptcy?It's always possible for an activist investor to step in too. When the share values are so out of whack relative to the NAV and a buyout is tabled too low, an activsit could counter with a more realistic, higher offer. I went through this with SRV. The owner attempted to under-bid during covid when the shares were heavily depressed. An activist stepped in to thwart an attempted "take-under". I think there are several REITs right now where this could occur.

Inovalis S.A. has been buying shares and they have a better idea as to how things are in terms of whether a bankruptcy is coming or not.

The lower this trades, the lower their buyout offer is going to be.
