LUCA to Present at Maxim’s 2025 Mining Conference on Jan 16 Today, Luca Mining Corp. (Ticker: LUCA.v or LUCMF for US investors) announced its participation in the 2025 Mining Conference, "Mining & Supplying Critical Minerals & Precious Metals" hosted by Maxim Group.
The virtual event is scheduled for Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. ET and will focus on emerging trends in mining and the supply of critical minerals and precious metals.
Luca Mining operates two 100%-owned producing mines in Mexico within the prolific Sierra Madre mineralized belt, a region known for its numerous producing and historic mines.
The company’s Campo Morado Mine, located in Guerrero State, is a poly-metallic underground operation producing copper-zinc-lead concentrates with precious metal credits.
Optimization efforts at Campo Morado are already yielding improvements in recoveries, grades, and operational efficiencies.
Additionally, Luca is advancing its Tahuehueto Mine in Durango State, an epithermal gold and silver underground operation.
The company expects to achieve commercial production at Tahuehueto in early 2025.
The conference, hosted by Maxim Group LLC, will feature discussions on the future of mining and supply chains, particularly in light of potential policy shifts following the U.S. presidential inauguration on January 20th.
Changes in demand and supply dynamics for critical minerals and precious metals will be key topics at the conference, especially regarding trade relationships with China and the U.S.
