The Company is formed for the purpose of acquiring and owning office properties primarily situated in France, Germany, and Spain. The REIT properties are strategically situated in urban areas, generally in close proximity to public transportation. Its France properties include Gaia, Arcueil, Delizy, Metropolitan, Sabliere, and Baldi. Its Germany properties include Trio, Kosching, Neu Isenburg, Stuttgart, Bad Homburg, and Duisburg. Its Spain property is Delgado. The INOVALIS S.A. acts as the manager of the REIT.

RE:RE:RE:Bankruptcy?The issue is that the volume is quite low so buying enough shares to make it worthwhile is not that easy.

If Inovalis S.A. itself continues to buy shares the amount available is lessened.

Still, I think Inovalis could offer $2-2.50 and make a decent return if they are confident in their valuations.

Obviously they think less than $1 is low and if no one is competing for shares they will likely be buying more (with the intention of buying out the remainder).
