Poet did not need a 2nd financing.
The market would not give a peep if they left it at the 1st financing only.
The financing troubles started when Poet reversed its story on the 2nd financing. Then leaving the market in the dark. Totally 100% self inflicted wound by Poets own mis-management. Last years financing soap all over again.

Poet needs management that is capable of handling a market listed company.
