Is he waiting for the markets to close today to put out that NR....

Hey! maybe he's bundling up 3-4 good news NRs into 1 : (1) PP fully subscribed, (2) Confirmation of OK for the extension for the ministry, (3) Annex submitted and, (4) Pobrdje\partner\offtake\Jarandol..... or maybe not !
