So the DEA is trying to overturn their bosses wish to re-schedule marijuana to a schedule 3 drug and the judge in the case says your right the DEA is playing dirty, so let's delay the re-sceduling hearing for 3 months. THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANTED> to delay and obsfucate.

This makes No Sense. Well it looks like we have been pushed back until the Fall for any meaningful legislation. Hopefully they pass SAFE soon.
