Its Shaunavon resource play is located in southwest Saskatchewan. The Viewfield Bakken light oil pool is located in Saskatchewan.

Looks very generous and a bit dilutive, but they all do it, more or less.
There is only one relatively large company I know in the oil patch that has no share based rewards or options. Zero dilution, executives rewarded by cash only. That co is one of my top holdings.
