RE:Dissenting Your Shares

RE:Dissenting Your SharesYes. Lawyer can help with this too. Geear has made it next to impossible to dissent, that will work in OUR favor in lawsuit. Gear is not acting in good faith. The entire was they've done this including the extremely short timeline of 2 weeks. They have structured this worse than the autobill fitness memberships of the 90's which are now illegal.

fro what I understand.

You have to ask your broker move your shares to an outside roffcial egister - DRS

Once on that register GXE will be able to see you as a registered shareholder.

There is a fee involved and you will encounter more fees buying/selling ...
if you are a registered holder - (i.e. you wot be able to trade easy thru your broker
as usual).

I think the best bet if VOTING NO and then looking into class action.

I will join class action if one is started.
