Nov/18/24 NR Re: Spinoffthis spinoff is expected to be completed in the 1st half of 2025.. I was concerned about the amount of O/S However with this spinoff., i would guess, jmo, the total amount of O/S will be split/divided accordingly to the value of assets per company, so there will be fewer O/S per company,,
