RE: Nov/18/24 NR Re: SpinoffThat would be nice, Sheddie, but that's not what happens. The no. of O/S for the original THRM will remain the same. Shareholders will be given a pre-decided no. of shares for the spinoff based on the number of shares of THRM they currently hold.
