If anyone was so inclined, I'd hold on on buying to add to your TFSA.....

Something's up! Good, Very Good or Very Bad ?

I wonder how long they can keep from putting out an NR on the PP? Can't imagine that they can sit on it for very long (how long is "in a timely manner"?).  That's a new one for me...Anybody knows ?
