The estimated value of Tik Tok's U.S. operation is valued between $40-$50 Bil U.S.
Musk's purchase of X for $44 Bil is now worth close $10 Bil, so do you think he is going to pour another $40 Bil into that platform and then turn around and gift it to DJT in the form of a merger?  What could DJT possibly offer to 'X' that it doesn't already possess?
A network, subscribers, technical expertise..... nope, none of the above.
If by some miracle a deal does materialize I would think that the loss of value will parallel that of 'X'.
