That doesn't seem to be the case. I like L60 concept of a larger deposit. $40 or $50 MM non-refundable deposit, I'd buy back in at current ask if they ponied up, but alas, even if they had that, theres no way they would IMO. Apologies wont be cutting it if it fails in 2 weeks. It took me about 13 seconds of google searching to determine my opinion that the deal seemed kinky. For a BOD to recommend a spend $2.5MM in legal ...... better call Saul. You are correct, I'm certainly interested in what happens, but, I'm covered either way. If it fails, I grabbed my sells at your peak "flump" and made a bucket. TUD would collapse, killing my holdings there, but still up HUUUge (trump accent). If it goes, I gave away 7 pennies, but in that instance, TUD will pop, and my TUDS will win it all back. I'm personally hoping it fails.... the forgoe of TUD winnings would be worth it to see you all eat shnizzle. The so called "longs" on this board, misguided and basic. Ignoring market forces and thinking they've got it all figured out. Petulant name calling when questioned. The universe delivers lessons for that sort of behaviour, will you hear it if it happens?
That comment you just made Larry is highly manipulative and your intent has been to scare AMK shareholders into selling their shares, since this deal was announced.
What are you going to pursue with a class action law suite at this point in time, the deal is still pending.
The only valid legal action at this point in time would be against the AMK bashing crew.
