RE:Oil and gas are up - and ARX is down. What gives?!Arc Energy Ideas (ARC the fund not he pubco) hosted by Peter Tertzakian was released..he fully expects sanction to be implemented..also discussed were options to deal with..none great..discussion on 2018 production cut mandae..gives a flavour of mood..not surpriised with dump..am fully hedged  for next 2 weeks..hope not to need it
