Big Rock Brewery Inc. is a regional producer of premium, all-natural craft beers, ciders and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic products, which are sold in six provinces and two territories in Canada. Its segments include wholesale and retail. Its portfolio includes beers, seasonal offerings, ciders (Rock Creek Cider series), hard teas (White Peaks series) along with custom-crafted private label products and other licensed alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. It also has a co-packing/contract production business producing lagers, ales and ready to drink products for partners. It has brewing operations in Calgary, Alberta, Vancouver, British Columbia, and Toronto.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Bankruptcy?Definitely not debt free but in a better debt position for sure. Of course at the expense of shareholders.

I'd say that PE is looking for earnings and cash flow, which BR hasn't been producing. So they would need some strong execution and cost control before any PE investor would even look at them.
