No filing yetLooks like he's deferring filing until the the weekend.
The trust always filed within 2 days of its first sales.
He doesn't appear to be following the same program, unless he files later this evening.
He doesn't appear to have sold much or any at all today, but the odds are good he played a role taking out the 80,000 shares bid at .58 yesterday.
He'll have until Sunday at the latest to report it if he did.
I still find it very suspect that the stock held above .60 for the entire week last week after he filed his intention to sell personal shares on Tuesday.
It's very easy to manipulate a woefully illiquid stock.
Personally, I found close today somewhat questionable.
The stock didn't trade at all in Toronto after 2:11, until someone bought 500 shares with seconds to go.
What could motivate someone to buy 500 shares that haven't traded in 2 hours, with less than one minute to go, other than to see the stock close in the plus column?
