RE:The Leaf first dent. HA HANorthing about who customers for Lynas' Dy/Tb production will be. Near term is Malaysia Dy/Tb pruduction. Lynas Texas heavy separation plant construction yet to begin, waiting for wastewater disposal plan approval.

Lynas already has the dough to build these 2 heavy separation capabilities. Ucore does not. Lynas comes in with a greater credibility with DOD/OEMs and other customrers than Ucore. Whether Ucore can eventually attain that credibility remains to be seen, but it apparently doesn't have it now.
