RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Got Paid Today ;>)But I still don't see how this is anything acceretive to my net worth. There is only a cap tax I have to pay now of $3048.50 from my shares, and then my ACB goes up by the same. This is net net and I don't actually make any money? But I have to pay tax earlier, that is literally the only affect of above? The market cap of the REIT actually went down after this happened? So I should have sold everything back in December and bought it back in 2025 after the drop.

I just have never seen anything like this. I was excited to hear about the distribution, and now I'm quite dissappointed.
