12 dollars a share in cash and investments. -( current debt )
30,000 boe production, likely 48,000 end of year with second plant comes on, just from willey green. 

Willesden Green over 240,000 acres
North Duvernay
Sinclair (land only paid 50 Million)

Cavalier Land , Liard, Horn River, etc

I don't ever see POU getting down to that low price point. The sale really accelerated the return on Capital. So they could invest in other opportunities.
