@CrusaderAS expected, this could be the Final nail in the coffin for $IP's Patent-Trolling attempt against Niantic Inc. Either way it will probably drag on for years now or just be what it WAS. A last pump effort by the company for some offloading of shares? Guess we will find out more soon enough I suppose, but right Now I'd say this really SUCKS!

@Mavrock@Codtongues the next step in this legal process would involve IMAGINEAR (lawyers) filing a response to address the points raised in Niantic's motion. This due date is Jan 23, 2023. This is a normal course during this type of litigation.
