RE:RE:RE:Graphene laden Maple Syrup coating on Tesla e-canoes s2000duck,
You satsted "One would expect the Q ending december would have seen a little boost in sales if US based customers intended to stockpile graphene in view of a 25% hike in cost this quarter".
Sure. That would be a reasonable expectation on your part.
You also stated "As for their Newton plant...the expansion is for plastics and composite material, so graphene itself still comes from Canada and they would therefore pass on the tarriff costs onto their customers in the US or elsewhere? End result is still the same, one would think".
I full well understand that for now the Graphene BlackTM" powder is process manufactured within NanoXplore's Quebec,Canada facility.
You would know that plans to locate a 4,000 tpa capacity "Graphene BlackTM" powder process manufacturing module within the U.S., and possibly as close to an existing NanoXplore customer's graphene enhanced products manufacturing location, have been on the burner for a while now.
This latest move on behalf of "the Donald" is likely to have the effect of NanoXplore representatives expediting said necessity of an U.S. situated 4,000 tpa "Graphene BlackTM" powder process manufacturing capacity into being.
"The Donald" wants American made products produced by American situated companies and for American situated companies; and he is willing to subsidized American situated companies handsomely to go about ensuring to do exactly that. Given this, NanoXplore representatives should have already had a contingency plan for this eventuality readied and already enacted, with long lead time items ordered ,at the latest, the second "The Donald" won the U.S. Presidency.
NanoXplore has the $60 Million credit facility to draw from; and it should have already been drawn on to order the 4,000 tpa capacity graphene manufacturing module for the U.S. location, whether that would be within North Carolina or perhaps anywhere within the U.S. that could be right next to a requisite supplier of lowest costs recyclable by-product graphite material (Syrah Resources) or right next to one of NanoXplore's graphene enhanced end products manufacturing customer, e.g. a globally well recognized chemicals company, a.k.a. the "Industrial Titan".
Again, "Made In America" by American workers and for American situated matufacturers, that are already or would become NanoXplore customers, e.g. Ford, Oshkosh Corp, GM, Volvo Group's bus and trucks division, Daimler Trucks North America, GE, Paccar, perhaps a U.S. Military contractor or two, etc.
Chop, chop, Mr. Nazarpour and Co.
Pitter patter; let's get at er
