Finally blew through all the sell orders at .16 and .165!

Finally blew through all the sell orders at .16 and .165! Something may be coming. I've been trying to sell some of my shares at .18 for a month but there has been huge sell order at .16.5 that has held the price down.
Hopefully today is a start to higher share prices.
My question, who was selling? (Hope it's not Clearwater)
Who was buying today?
