RE:RE:TAL is still undervalued, but not the screaming i also thought that the subdued FCF numbers were responsible for the pullback reaction to the 2025 budget NR, other-wise TAL is firing on all cylinders ( note, the almost 1 billion share float not withstanding).
If the company was truly undervalued, BOD/management should/would be more aggressive in share buy backs but their not-at least its a juicy divi..
Yet today, a bit of a surprise, finally, a step jump-hasn't happened in many months-maybe someone is posturing for a better BRENT pricing with "the Donald" sure to take action against IRAN...see below ...thoughts?? dwdc
