Wonder what type of assurances was given with respect to the submission of the additional info.?

Why did it take a week to issue this NR ? 

For what it's worth...
There's nothing in the mining law that would permit the Serbs to grant an submission extension but that sure doesn't mean anything as the Serbs haven't follow their own law a few times already with BONE !
But I doubt, based on the law,  that they would publicly grant an extension - I think they'll rather just lay low and wait the submission comes in....So, I think the next NR will be on the actual submission.

Hey Tim! You said a short extension.  Your short extension is almost 2 months long....
Is anyone working in your shop ?
How about putting a short extension on your paycheck ?

Just GET IT DONE ALREADY !
