Due Diligence Failure?Inaccurate information, overlooked issues and unrealistic assumptions could weigh in on an unfavourable LOI. Investors must be prepared to act accordingly if the endstate of the due diligence process resuts in a unfavorable decision. 

The present euphoria is understandable...but did we miss anything that could have a negative impact on this LOI decision?
