RE:Due Diligence Failure?Yep, we have not seen the details yet. How much will we be tied up with this other company that could potentially interfere with another major company giving a bigger and better offer should a buyout happen.  What is to happen for VM to obtain pipeline from the suitor . What is going to happen with mining claims? As far as I can remember Voyageur Minerals own all the Barite claims along with the the staked copper claims on 1 of the properties.(is it possible that the money for proving up the copper claims will come from the Barite sales from Voyageur Minerals to Voyageur Pharma?)                        Remember, people usually marry the person they are engaged to. That being said I have to believe(hope) that the lawyers will not let us sign a bad pre nup.
