The proposal that Caleb has presented to Council is for 880 units. The same number of units the previous Master Development Plan applied for, just a change in density for certain sections. 

Opps, we've misrepresented the website by stating 2,120+ units of phantom units.

Back to fixing the website and the numbers in your report again Sven.

Maybe it doesn't matter now that the proposal has been removed from the agenda. Just leave it out there for future investors.
