I'm also voting no, obviously, as anyone who bought in before the announcement would if they thought about it... But let's be realistic. Most retail will not vote. They are lazy and ill-informed. This will pass. It's a terrible deal, but I really have no faith in retail shareholders. Prove us doubters wrong?? ;)
